Main features of FY-265E Asphalt Kinematic Viscosity Tester

Precise temperature control: intelligent temperature controller is used, which has rapid temperature control, fast response, small overshoot, and temperature control accuracy of up to ±0.1℃.
Convenient observation: hard glass cylinder and heat-insulating outer cylinder (called double cylinder) are used, which have good heat preservation performance and are convenient for clear observation of the sample.
Rational overall design: the instrument adopts desktop and all-in-one design, which has good integrity and is very convenient to use.
Uniform temperature: the electric stirring device is used to make the temperature in the bathtub evenly distributed.

Scope of application

Applicable to the determination of kinematic viscosity of viscous petroleum asphalt, liquid petroleum asphalt and its residue after distillation by capillary viscometer. Unless otherwise specified, the test temperature is 135℃ (viscous petroleum asphalt) and 60℃ (liquid petroleum asphalt). In order to obtain the viscosity-temperature curve of viscous petroleum asphalt at high temperature, 120℃, 150℃ and 180℃ should be used as test temperatures to determine the equal viscosity temperature as the construction temperature.
