As a mechanical equipment, tensile testing machine will produce a series of problems after a long service life. As a material performance testing instrument, it has certain requirements for the working environment. The working environment is required to be within the range of room temperature 10-35 ℃, the relative humidity is not greater than 80%, and there is no corrosive medium around, which can effectively prevent rust. 1、 Rust prevention of tensile testing machine:

1. The packaging of the tensile testing machine shall be carried out in a clean, dry and free environment. Considering the various protection functions required for the packaging of the stretching machine, the whole packaging process can be roughly divided into three parts: pre packaging, vacuum pumping, fixing and sealing. The whole packaging work shall be carried out continuously and completed at one time. If the operation stops halfway, temporary protective measures shall be taken. Before packaging, please fix the movable parts of the tester. The lower beam can move up and down, and a piece of wood can be pressed between the lower beam and another fixed part to prevent it from moving. Antirust paper shall be added between the contact surface of square wood and parts.

2. For the precision parts of the tension machine, such as pressure sensor, photoelectric encoder, etc., they shall be taken out of the testing machine, put into their own packaging box, and then put into the accessory box. All pipe joints shall be plugged with plugs to prevent the entry of air and dust. Pay special attention to the pipe joints on the cylinder to prevent corrosion of the working surface of the cylinder piston.

3. On the main body of the tensile testing machine, such as the base, column, valve block, etc., the parts easy to rust shall be coated with antirust oil, evenly and comprehensively, and then coated with antirust oil. Spiral wound anticorrosive paper is used for cylindrical parts, such as cylinders and screws. Helixes shall overlap each other to ensure that there are no exposed parts. The contact part between the main body of the tension machine and the bottom of the packing box shall be protected to prevent vibration and rust. First, wrap the contact surface with rust paper and wrap the outer layer of the polystyrene spherical foam.

2、 Common problems of tensile testing machine:

1. There is no clearing operation at the beginning of the tensile testing machine test. If it is not cleared, the test will begin. The results of this test are not accurate.

2. After the sensor is used for a period of time, the strain will buckle elastically and will not recover. In fact, this strain is very small. In general, the force sensor coefficients must be recalibrated within one year to correct the data.

3. If the sample is not clamped properly during the test, the test results will be inaccurate.

4. The test speed during the test is not standard. Too fast or too slow will lead to different test results.

5. The force sensor is damaged when impacted by external force or when used under overload.
