Working principle
Put the asphalt mixture of known weight after heating and stirring into the high-temperature combustion chamber for combustion. The organic components in the asphalt will burn and decompose at high temperature to generate gaseous substances such as carbon dioxide and water and some solid residues. The asphalt smoke generated by combustion is discharged after filtering. During the combustion process, the electronic balance weighs the weight change of the asphalt mixture in real time, calculates the weight loss of asphalt combustion, and then calculates the percentage content of asphalt and the percentage of oil stone in real time.
Structural composition
Combustion equipment: that is, the furnace body of the combustion furnace, including the combustion chamber, heater, smoke collection chamber and blast exhaust part. The combustion chamber is used to place the asphalt mixture sample and provide a high-temperature combustion environment. The heater provides the required heat for combustion, the smoke collection chamber collects the smoke generated by combustion, and the blast exhaust part discharges the smoke.
Weight measuring equipment: generally uses a high-precision electronic balance, which can accurately resolve to 0.1g or even higher precision, used to weigh the weight change of the asphalt mixture during the combustion process in real time, and provide data support for calculating the asphalt content.
Test measurement control and data processing part: usually composed of single-chip measurement and control system, etc., which can realize temperature control of the combustion process, test time control, data acquisition and processing functions, such as automatic detection of test endpoint, calculation of asphalt content and oil-stone ratio, etc., and can display the test results through the display screen and print the printer.
