Working principle

Put the asphalt mixture of known weight after heating and stirring into the high-temperature combustion chamber for combustion. The organic components in the asphalt will burn and decompose at high temperature to generate gaseous substances such as carbon dioxide and water and some solid residues. The asphalt smoke generated by combustion is discharged after filtering. During the combustion process, the electronic balance weighs the weight change of the asphalt mixture in real time, calculates the weight loss of asphalt combustion, and then calculates the percentage content of asphalt and the percentage of oil stone in real time.

Structural composition

Combustion equipment: that is, the furnace body of the combustion furnace, including the combustion chamber, heater, smoke collection chamber and blast exhaust part.
