1.Failure phenomenon: the screen is not bright
The cause of the failure:
- (1) the power supply is not energized;
- (2) the fuse on the digital display meter is damaged;
Remedy:
- (1) ask a professional electrician to check the power supply;
- (2) check the circuit for short circuit, if there is no short circuit, replace the fuse;
2.Fault phenomenon: the oil pump does not start
Fault reason:
- (1) power supply phase loss, voltage is not normal;
- (2) oil pump motor short circuit damage;
- (3) digital display meter has no output voltage;
Remedy:
- (1) ask a professional electrician to check the power supply;
- (2) replace the oil pump motor;
- (3) replace the digital display;
3.Failure phenomenon: powerless value display
The cause of the failure:
- (1) the pressure sensor connector is off;
- (2) the digital display is damaged;
- (3) the pressure sensor is damaged;
Remedy:
- (1) reconnect the pressure sensor;
- (2) replace the digital display;
- (3) replace the pressure sensor;
4.Fault phenomenon: no displacement display
The cause of the failure:
- (1) the drop on the displacement sensor is off;
- (2) the digital display is damaged;
- (3) the displacement sensor is damaged;
Remedy:
- (1) reinstall the line drop;
- (2) replace the digital display;
- (3) replace the displacement sensor;
5.Fault phenomenon: unable to reach full scale
The cause of the failure:
- (1) the hydraulic oil is not full;
- (2) the oil leakage of the pipeline interface;
- (3) the oil leakage of the oil return valve;
- (4) the oil supply valve is stuck;
Remedy:
- (1) hydraulic oil is full;
- (2) tighten the pipeline interface;
- (3) replace the oil return valve;
- (4) replace the oil delivery valve;
6.Fault phenomenon: oil leakage at the piston
The cause of the failure:
- (1) the machine is not placed smoothly, the piston side is low;
- (2) the sealing ring is damaged;
Remedy:
- (1) The equipment is leveled as required;
- (2) Replace the sealing ring;
7.Failure phenomenon: the middle beam can not lift
The cause of the failure:
- (1) The digital display has no beam reducer voltage output;
- (2) the beam reduction motor is damaged;
- (3) the two screws are unbalanced;
Remedy:
- (1) Replace the digital display;
- (2) Replace the beam reducer;
- (3) Contact the manufacturer for repair;
8.Fault phenomenon: abnormal sound during tensile test
The cause of the failure:
- (1) there is impurity in the contact surface between the card board and the upper beam or the middle beam of the machine;
- (2) the back surface of the card board has scratches;
Remedy:
- (1) Remove the card board to clean up the impurities;
- (2) Polish the back surface of the card board with fine sandpaper;
9.Failure phenomenon: low yield value
The cause of the malfunction: the jaw and the test piece slipped to cause misjudgment;
Remedy: Replace the jaws;
10. Fault phenomenon: The digital display shows the force overload or the sensor is not installed.
The cause of the malfunction: poor contact of the sensor connector;
Remedy: Reconnect the sensor connector;
11. Fault phenomenon: the oil pump has noise
The cause of the failure: the oil pump and the motor are connected loosely;
Remedy: Tighten the screws;

- (3) contact the factory for repair;

- (1) adjust the initial opening of the digital valve;
- (2) replace the digital valve;
