The Constant Temperature Humidity Curing Cabinet is designed and manufactured according to GB1345-99 "Test Method for Stability of Cement Standard Consistency Water Content Setting Time" and technical data provided by the Building Materials Research Institute and relevant departments. It is suitable for large, medium and small cement plants, construction and construction departments for setting and curing of concrete and cement specimens.
Multiple protections
When the machine is in working condition and the heat cannot be dissipated or the temperature is too high, the power will be automatically cut off.
The inner tank is made of stainless steel
The inner tank is made of stainless steel, which has a longer service life.
Environmentally friendly design
The surface is treated with electrostatic spraying, which has a good anti-rust effect.
Core functions
- Constant temperature and humidity: ensure that the test block is maintained under standard conditions to improve the accuracy of the test data.
- Automatic water replenishment: some models are equipped with an automatic water level control system to reduce manual intervention.
- Layered shelf design: test blocks can be placed in layers to improve space utilization.
- Overload protection: with safety functions such as compressor overheating and leakage protection.
Precautions for use
Installation environment:
- Place in a ventilated and stable place, avoid direct sunlight or near heat sources.
- The power supply voltage must be stable (usually 220V±10%) and the grounding must be reliable
Operation steps:
- Add water to the specified water level (if manual water addition is required), and ensure that the humidity sensor is in normal contact with water.
- Set the target temperature and humidity, and wait for the environment in the box to stabilize after starting the equipment (about 1-2 hours).
- The test blocks should be marked with the date and number before being placed to avoid dense stacking.
Troubleshooting of common problems
- Temperature not up to standard: Check whether the compressor is working properly or whether the ambient temperature is too high.
- Insufficient humidity: Check whether the water level is normal and whether the humidifier is blocked.
- Alarm prompt: Refer to the manual for processing, such as low water level, sensor failure, etc.
