Fault 1: the pendulum falls back too fast or too slowly

If the pendulum of the electronic tensile testing machine falls back too fast, one of the reasons is that the steel ball in the adjustable buffer valve is not close to the ball seat or the oil hole is not concentric with the hole, which is caused by dirt and burrs. At this time, clean and grind the ball seat or oil needle. The second reason is that the notch on the conical surface of the non adjustable buffer valve is too deep or the valve body is not close to the valve seat. In this case, the conical surface shall be cleaned and grinded, and the shallow notch shall be grinded appropriately. The third reason is that the position of the knob of the adjustable buffer valve is inappropriate, so the position of the knob of the electronic tensile testing machine should be readjusted. If the pendulum falls back too slowly, because the notch on the cone of the non adjustable buffer valve is too shallow, two notches shall be deepened; In addition, if the viscosity of the oil is too large, replace it with oil of appropriate viscosity.

Fault 2: unstable zero position of pointer

The reason for the unstable zero position of the electronic tensile testing machine should first consider whether the bearing of the pointer shaft or pendulum shaft is dirty or rusted. If so, the bearing should be cleaned or replaced; Then check whether the gear rod and gear mesh well. If not, it needs to be adjusted and repaired. If the belt driving the force measuring piston to rotate has fallen off, the belt must be hung again; If the cone end of the force measuring piston falls off from the cone socket, install the force measuring piston into the cone socket.

Fault 3: the pointer cannot be reset after unloading, and some parts are jammed

First check whether the wire hammer falls off from the cone socket. If it falls off, wrap the wire in the groove; Then, the bearing of the pointer shaft must be cleaned or replaced, and the oil stain and corrosion of the guide frame and guide rail at the end of the gear rod must be cleaned.

Fault 4: the negative indication exceeds the tolerance, the error of the first few points of each scale range is large, and the small scale range is larger

In this case, it is possible that the angle between the push plate and the pendulum vertical line becomes smaller, and only the included angle needs to be adjusted properly. It is also possible that the included angle between the balance weight and the swing rod becomes smaller. It is necessary to straighten the screw or tighten the nut of the balance weight to make its angle appropriate. In addition, the inclination of the force measuring part of the electronic tensile testing machine to the lifting direction of the pendulum or the inclination of the toothed rod to the pushing plate is also one reason. At this time, the horizontal position of the force measuring part of the electronic tensile testing machine must be adjusted or the toothed rod must be adjusted to the horizontal position.
