Electronic universal testing machine calibration method
The electronic universal testing machine has been used for a long time, and its accuracy will inevitably decline. At this time, we should re-calibrate it, and briefly introduce the calibration method of the electronic universal testing machine. I hope it can help your work.
1. Items to be corrected: force value, stroke
2. Apparatus for calibration needs: standard weights, electronic stopwatches and standard straight steel rulers
3. Calibration period: one year
4. Calibration pace
a. Unit conversion: 1kgf = 9.80665 Newton
b. All data in the computer are reset to zero by the computer, and all data are reset to zero in the control panel. Hang the standard weight on the fixture quietly, record the displayed force value, and calculate the difference from the standard weight. The error should not exceed the rule error value of the universal testing machine.
When the test value is in doubt, the above-mentioned correction is required. The force value correction on the rope ruler should be performed by the technical department of the universal testing machine manufacturer or a measurement unit recognized by the state. If the user adjusts it by himself, the manufacturer will not accept the responsibility.
2. Test speed correction:
2.1 Start the stopwatch of the testing machine for one minute. The timing stops, and the testing machine stops by itself. According to the time of the stopwatch, record the fixture stroke value as the speed per minute (mm / min), observe the difference between the fixture stroke value and the straight steel ruler, adjust the speed setting properly, and start the test machine again to measure the accurate value , And calculate the fixture stroke error value, which should not exceed the rule error. Material testing machine calibration method; Tensile machine calibration method; Tensile machine calibration method
2.2 First, record the fixture position under the test machine and set the correction speed on the software. A standard straight steel ruler is also used to measure the stroke of the lower fixture.
