The FSY-150B cement fineness negative pressure sieve analyzer is a laboratory equipment used to determine the fineness of powder materials such as cement and fly ash. It is designed according to the national standard GB/T 1345-2005 "Method for Testing Cement Fineness" and uses negative pressure sieve method to quickly determine the sieve residue of the sample, thereby evaluating the fineness of the powder particles.

4. Operation steps

  • Screening process: Pour the sample into the sieve, cover it with the sieve cover, start the instrument, and automatically screen for 2 minutes.
  • Result calculation: After screening, weigh the mass of the residue and calculate the percentage of residue (formula: residue/total sample amount x 100%).

5.  Precautions

  • Regularly check whether the screen mesh is blocked or damaged, and clean or replace it in a timely manner.
  • After the experiment, turn off the power, clean the residual powder, and keep the instrument clean.
  • If the negative pressure is insufficient, it is necessary to check whether the pipeline is leaking or whether the filter bag is blocked.
