1. Product Overview

The FHBS standard curing room fully automatic temperature and humidity control equipment is a specialized device used for standard curing of building materials samples such as concrete test blocks and cement specimens. It meets the requirements of GB/T 50081-2019 "Test Methods for Physical and Mechanical Properties of Concrete" and ISO standards for the curing environment (temperature 20 ± 1 ℃, humidity ≥ 95%). Through an intelligent control system, precise adjustment of temperature and humidity is achieved to ensure consistency in the curing conditions of the specimens.

2.  Core functions

  • Fully automatic control: using microcomputer PLC or touch screen control, automatically adjusting temperature and humidity without manual intervention.
  • Dual system regulation: dual-mode temperature control for cooling/heating: compressor cooling+electric heating tube heating, quickly stabilizing temperature.
  • Ultrasonic humidification: High frequency atomization humidification, with uniform humidity and no condensation of water droplets.
  • Data recording and alarm: It can store historical data and support sound and light alarms for abnormal situations (such as power outages and exceeding limits).

4. Operation process

  • Installation and debugging: The equipment is installed in the maintenance room, ensuring good sealing around and no leakage in the pipeline.
  • Power on settings: Set the target temperature (20 ℃) and humidity (95%), and start the automatic operation mode.
  • Daily monitoring: Observe real-time temperature and humidity through the display screen, and regularly check the water level in the water tank.
  • Placement of test pieces: interval between test pieces ≥ 10mm, avoid direct contact with spray nozzle.

5. Maintenance and Precautions

  • Regular maintenance:
    1. Clean the water tank and filter to prevent scale from clogging the humidifier.
    2. Check the sensitivity of the sensor and calibrate it if necessary (recommended every 6 months).
  • Fault handling:
    1. Insufficient humidity: Check if the humidifier is working and if the water source is sufficient.
    2. Large temperature fluctuations: Confirm the operating status of the compressor or heating tube, and check the sealing of the insulation layer.
    3. Safety reminder: The equipment should be grounded to prevent leakage and avoid direct operation of circuit parts in humid environments.
