I. Product Type

In addition to the main products that are resistant to room temperature, resistant to 110℃ and resistant to 160℃, there are also acid-resistant, explosion-proof, antistatic and oil-gas resistant products.

II. Shape characteristics

Our company produces plastic sintered plates with different formulas and different raw materials, suitable for different working conditions. They are acid-resistant, alkali-resistant, antistatic and have a long service life.
(1) Good cleaning effect, stable pressure and stable equipment resistance. Since the surface of the plastic sintered plate has been deeply treated, the air diameter is small and uniform, and it is very smooth, making it extremely difficult for dust to penetrate and stay, and can maintain a very good cleaning effect. Secondly, the equipment resistance is very stable, and the pressure loss and running time remain almost unchanged.
(2) With strong moisture resistance, the plastic sintered plate adopts a special formula and is hydrophobic. From the actual use situation, even in winter when there is severe condensation, the water-containing dust at the entrance can be used normally under saturated water.
