FY-729 cement paste mixer

 FY-729 cement paste mixer

1.Application overview:

FY-729 cement paste mixer is one of the special equipments independently developed by our company that implements the provisions of GB1346-89. It is a new double-rotation and double-speed paste mixer manufactured according to the main technical parameters of GB3350.8. The water is mixed and stirred into a uniform experimental paste, which is used to determine the water consumption of the standard consistency of the cement, the setting time and the production of the stable block. device

3. Operation steps

  1.  Preparation work
Check if the mixing pot and mixing blades are clean and free of residual cement.
Fix the mixing pot onto the machine base, ensuring it is tightly clamped.
Connect the power and check if the machine is running normally.
  2. Add ingredients and stir
Weigh 500g of cement sample and pour it into a mixing pot.
According to the experimental requirements, measure the estimated standard consistency water consumption (usually 24% to 30% of the cement mass).
Start the mixer and automatically complete low-speed (140r/min) mixing for 120 seconds and high-speed (285r/min) mixing for 120 seconds.
  3. Experimental completion
After the mixing is completed, the machine automatically stops and the mixing pot is removed.
Immediately load the clean slurry into the test mold for standard consistency, setting time, or stability testing.

4.  Precautions

  1. Safe operation
It is strictly prohibited to touch the mixing blades during the mixing process to prevent mechanical injury.
If the machine is abnormal (abnormal noise, lagging), immediately turn off the power for inspection.
  2.  Maintenance and upkeep
After each experiment: Clean the mixing pot and blades to prevent cement hardening from affecting the next use.
  3.  Regular inspection:
The wear condition of the stirring blades (severe wear requires replacement).
The tightness of the transmission belt (too loose can cause inaccurate speed).
When not in use for a long time: store with power off and keep dry.
  4.  Calibration requirements
Regularly use a tachometer to verify whether the high and low speeds meet the standards (recommended every 6 months)

5.  Common fault handling

Fault phenomenon Possible reasons Solution
The mixer does not start The power supply is not connected or the fuse is blown Check the power supply and replace the fuse
Abnormal rotational speed Loose belt or motor malfunction Adjust belt tension or contact maintenance
Shake the mixing pot Loose fixing screws Re tighten the screws of the machine base

6.  Application scope

  • Determination of Water Consumption for Cement Standard Consistency
  • Cement setting time test
  • Cement stability test (Rayleigh clamp method)
