This machine is used together with the rut tester, which is mainly used for rolling compaction of asphalt mixture test during rut test. Together, it fully meets the requirements of the Ministry of Communications JTCE20-2011 standard.

Features

Precise temperature control: PWM modulation is used for temperature PID control. The temperature control range of the roller is room temperature - 200℃, and the control accuracy can reach ±3℃. The temperature can be set arbitrarily according to the test requirements, and the actual temperature can be accurately displayed. When the actual temperature reaches the set temperature, the heating will stop automatically.
Controllable rolling times: The rolling times of the trolley can be set arbitrarily, and the actual rolling times can be recorded at any time. When the actual rolling times reach the set value, the rolling will stop automatically.

Operation steps

Preparation: Turn on the main power supply, check whether all parts of the equipment are normal, start the hydraulic pump, and observe whether the pressure of the pump station is normal.
Set parameters: According to the test requirements, set the roller temperature, rolling times and compaction load through the intelligent temperature control instrument.
Place the test mold: Turn the "roller up" knob to make the roller rise, then press the "trolley run" button to let the trolley go to the front, press the stop button to put the loaded test mold on the trolley and lock it.
Centering operation: After pressing the "trolley run" button, the trolley automatically centers.
Rolling operation: Turn the "roller down" knob to let the roller drop. When the roller contacts the sample, press the "trolley run" button, the trolley automatically reciprocates and rolls. After the set rolling times, the trolley will automatically stop.
End operation: Turn the "roller up" button, and when it reaches a certain height, turn the "roller stop" knob to stop the roller from moving. Press the "trolley run" button to move the trolley to the front, press the "trolley stop" button to stop the trolley and remove the test mold. Finally, press the "total stop" button to cut off all power.
