1. During the test, some dust will inevitably be generated, such as oxide skin, metal debris, etc. if not cleaned in time, the surface of some parts will be worn and scratched. More seriously, if these dust enter the hydraulic system of the universal testing machine, it will have very serious consequences such as blocking the valve hole and scratched the piston surface, Therefore, it must be cleaned after each use.

2. Hydraulic oil: the liquid level of the oil tank must be checked frequently and replenished in time. Generally, the oil shall be replaced every three months, and it shall be noted that the oil temperature shall not exceed 60 ℃.

3. Components and parts shall be inspected regularly, and all hydraulic parts and electrical parts shall be inspected regularly (in months).

4. The fasteners on the main engine shall be locked regularly. The vibration after the sample is broken will loosen some fasteners. It must be checked regularly (in months).

5. The lead screw and transmission part shall be coated with lubricating oil regularly to prevent dry friction.
