When the initial operation or the change of the wire joint after installation, the direction of the sheave should be observed, and the oil tank should be checked to the oil pump before starting. Whether it is connected, if it is not possible, the fuel tank and the tubing connection thread can be properly tightened, and the oil can enter the oil pump.
When the oil pump is in the initial operation, first remove the side cover of the dynamometer to observe whether there is intermittent phenomenon of the oil flowing back to the fuel tank by the oil delivery valve. If this is the case, the M8 block on the oil pump can be loosened to remove the air and then observed. Whether the oil in the fuel tank is intermittent, if there is such a phenomenon, the hexagonal screw on the end face of the oil pump can be unscrewed, and the steel ball of the oil outlet valve in the oil pump is turned with a steel wire hook to observe whether the steel ball is beating (the oil pump is in the running condition) After the steel ball is moved, the hexagonal screw is screwed on and the oil pump works normally.
After the cylinder is connected, air may enter the tube, which may affect the uneven rotation of the pointer. The method of removing is to start the oil pump, close the oil return valve, open the oil delivery valve, raise the main working piston for a certain distance, and then open the return valve to make The oil pump passes through the oil return valve through the working oil cylinder and returns to the fuel tank. After circulating for a period of time, the internal air can be drained, and the air is discharged, and then the formal test is started.
