Precautions for installation and use of steel bar bending testing machine:

1. The instrument shall be placed on the flat ground (cement ground is the best) for leveling without shaking.

2. A certain space is reserved around the instrument for convenience.

3. Equipped with 380V three-phase four wire power supply (must be grounded protection), the voltage fluctuation shall not exceed ± 10%。

4. The ambient temperature is required to be 10 ~ 40 ℃, otherwise the viscosity of hydraulic oil is too large or too small, which will affect the normal work.

5. Refueling: 46 or 68 anti-wear hydraulic oil is used. Open the oil tank, find out the plastic pipe for refueling, and pour it in with a funnel. The oil volume is 15 ~ 20 liters (2 / 3 of the oil tank), and pass through the plastic pipe for refueling

The oil level can be observed according to the degree of contact.

6. Power on: Please firmly connect the three-phase four wire power supply, without missing phase.

7. Test run: click the start button to make the oil pump and motor start to run. If the situation is normal, the piston of the oil cylinder can move up and down according to the digital display meter, and the "up" button moves

The "up" piston moves upward and the "inching down" piston moves downward. If the motor runs and the piston does not move, it may be that the oil is not enough or there is a problem with the motor wiring.
