The intelligent asphalt softening point tester (high temperature 5-180 ℃) is used to determine the softening point of asphalt materials such as viscous petroleum asphalt, viscous shale asphalt, hard coal asphalt and soft coal asphalt.The instrument is a digital tube display, with magnetic stirring function, the steel ball falls to the end to be manually observed, the manual button to stop, when the two steel balls are all dropped, the average value is automatically displayed.

The operation of the intelligent asphalt softening point tester is as follows:

1. Place the brass ring on the metal plate or glass plate coated with the release agent.
2. The asphalt sample is heated and melted, and after stirring, dehydration and filtration, it is injected into the brass ring in a fine flow until it is slightly higher than the ring surface.
3. Put the sample in the air at 10 ℃ ~ 30 ℃, and after cooling for 30 minutes, scrape the excess sample above the ring surface with a knife to make it flush with the ring surface.
4. Place the copper ring containing the sample on the corresponding hole in the middle orifice of the ring frame, insert the positioning ring of the steel ball into the thermometer.
5. Inject 5 ℃ ± 0.5 ℃ distilled water into the beaker, and then put it into the ring holder so that there is no air bubble on the upper and lower surfaces of the samples of the rings. Take out the ring holder after 15 minutes.
