Common Questions

① Before starting the machine each time, check whether there is oil leakage (specific parts such as: oil pipes, various control valves, oil tanks, etc.), whether the bolts (i.e. the collective name of various screws) are tightened, and whether the electrical system is intact; check regularly to maintain the integrity of its components.

② After each test, the piston should be restored to its initial position and the garbage should be cleaned in time, and the workbench should be treated for rust prevention.

③ After running for a period of time, the test machine should be inspected and maintained as necessary, the sliding parts should be lubricated regularly, and the rust-prone parts should be coated with rust-proof oil to keep them clean and prevent rust.

④ Prevent high temperature, excessive humidity, dust, corrosive media, water, etc. from corroding the instrument.

⑤ The hydraulic oil must be replaced every year or after 2000 cumulative working hours.

⑥ Do not install other application software in the computer to prevent the test machine control system software from not running normally; the computer should be prevented from being infected by viruses.

⑦ Before starting the machine, you must check whether the connection line between the computer and the host, the power plug and socket are correct and whether there is any looseness. Only after confirming that they are correct can you start the machine.

⑧ Do not unplug the power cord and signal line at any time, otherwise it is easy to damage the control components.

⑨ During the test, please do not press the buttons on the control cabinet panel and the test software at will. Do not raise or lower the beam during the test operation state, and it is strictly forbidden to put your hands in the test space during the test.

⑩ During the test, do not touch the equipment and various connecting wires at will to avoid affecting the accuracy of the data.

⑪ Check the changes in the tank level frequently.

⑫ Check the connection line of the controller regularly to see if it is in good contact. If it is loose, tighten it in time.

⑬ If the equipment is not used for a long time after the test, turn off the main power of the equipment, and run the equipment at no load several times regularly during the equipment out of use to ensure that all performance indicators are normal when the equipment is put into use again.
