Calibration method of intelligent electric sanding machine：

1. Place the sand laying instrument flat on the glass plate and move the sand leakage to the end of the sand laying instrument.
2. Make sand filling funnel mouth and measuring cylinder mouth roughly flush. Slowly inject the prepared measuring sand into the measuring cylinder through a funnel until it rises to the top of the measuring cylinder, and then scrape it flat with a ruler along the nozzle once. The volume is 50ML.
3. Make the funnel head roughly flush with the top of the sand drain. The sand is evenly poured into the sand drain through a funnel. The funnel moves back and forth so that the surface of the sand is roughly flush, but no other tools are allowed to scrape the sand.
4. Start the electric motor, make the hourglass slowly to the other end of the movement, the quantity of sand along the bottom of the hourglass figure H2.3 paved the 5 cm wide strip, to stop sand leakage after all.
5. According to Figure H2.3, the average value of L1 and L2 determines the paving length of the measured sand from L0 to 1MM according to Formula (H2.3-2) `L_0`=（`L_1`+`L_2`）/2 (H2.3-2)
6. Repeat the calibration for 3 times, and take the average value to determine 'L_0', to 1MM.
