③. After the machine is started, the electronic stopwatch will start timing for 1 minute. When the stopwatch is up, press the machine stop button.

④. According to the time of the stopwatch, record the stroke value of the cross arm as a rate per minute (mm/min); observe the difference between the stroke value of the cross arm and the straight steel ruler, and calculate the error value of the cross arm stroke, which should not exceed ±1%.

2. Calibration of various force values ​​of tensile testing machine

①. Open the operating interface of the electronic tensile testing machine, click on the calibration program, we first take a standard weight, hang it on the upper clamp connection seat, click to start the test;

②. Then record the power value displayed by the computer, and calculate the difference with the standard weight, the error should not exceed ±1%;
