1、 Key points of using metal tensile testing machine

1. During the application of the metal tensile testing machine, we must ensure the smoothness of the gear and prevent the dry transmission at the moment of movement. Over time, it will increase the wear. If too much smooth oil is added, it will stick a lot of dust. Therefore, it is essential to ensure the cleanness and hygiene of the control room of the metal tensile testing machine.

2. What are the controls for the smoothness and oil discharge of the metal tensile testing machine? The gland at the upper end of the base of the main body is provided with an oil filling hole, which is smooth. Through this hole, the nut is smooth, and the thread of the lead screw for lifting and falling of the lower jaw seat is smooth.

3. After application, it shall be smooth to prevent wear transmission. After the main device is completed, it shall pass through the seat hole of the oil probe on the base and inject oil into the oil pool with a funnel. The injected oil depth is 30mm, which shall be measured by the oil probe.

2、 Maintenance of metal tensile testing machine

1. Before the test, the system must be preheated for more than 20 minutes to minimize the impact of temperature.

2. The oil for the buffer shall be kept clean. If the oil level is less than two-thirds of the barrel depth, it shall be replaced immediately.

3. Before starting the machine, check whether the friction moving parts should be filled with lubricating oil.

4. Before loading the test piece, the metal tensile testing machine must clamp the brake handle and release it after loading the test piece.

5. It is not allowed to add oil to the dynamometer main bearing. The friction wheel surface in the gearbox shall not be oiled or splashed with oil stains. The friction surface shall be absolutely clean and shall not impact the inclined block on the swing arm violently.

6. After the test, cut off the power supply, and then clean the surface of the testing machine for protection in time.

7. Maintain the tension machine twice a month on average.
