1. Host structure:
This machine is mainly composed of a transmission part, a frame, a work table, a screw adjustment device and a limit mechanism.
The transmission part of the rebar bending testing machine transmits the power of the brake motor to the working plate via the double-stage cycloidal pin gear reducer. The frame is a box with side doors welded by square steel and steel plates, which supports the various components of the testing machine. The worktable is the upper plate of the machine, which is equipped with a screw adjustment device and a limit mechanism, and is also equipped with a protective cover.
2. Electrical control part:
The system does not need to be connected to the neutral line when the three-phase power is connected. Release the emergency stop button and the system will start. The touch screen will take some time to start. Please wait patiently for about 3 minutes, so it is not an emergency. Do not press the emergency stop button easily. After the system is powered on, you must first test whether the equipment is running in the correct direction by jogging the "manual forward bend" or "manual reverse bend" operation. If it is not correct, you can adjust the phase sequence of the three-phase power supply to adjust.
Second, the maintenance of steel bending test machine
1. Lubrication should be performed according to the specified lubrication parts and lubrication methods before starting up.
2. Small diameter tools are not allowed to bend large diameter steel bars.
3. Disassembly by professionals who understand the structure of this testing machine
4. When the rebar bending tester is not used for a long time, the working surface should be coated with anti-rust oil and stored in a dry place.
5.Keep the test machine clean
6. Do not disassemble the integrated circuit and printed board with power on, otherwise the original electronic parts will be easily damaged.
7. The shell of the steel bar bending tester should be reliably grounded.
8. Intermittent operation should be avoided for manual control adjustment operation, otherwise it will affect the service life of the equipment, as far as possible once operation is in place, reducing the number of manual rotations
