3. Adjust the speed valve to rise rapidly, and adjust the rising speed of the speed valve according to the loading speed requirements;

4. After the test piece is broken, open the oil return valve (the speed must be slow when opening the oil return valve) to make the piston fall back. At this time, the reading indicated by the pointer is the failure load of the test piece, and record it.

5. Clean the debris of the test piece and carry out the next test（ After the test, press the stop key to turn off the motor and power supply.)

2、 Precautions for operation of pressure testing machine

1. The testing machine is installed in a clean and dry environment with uniform temperature, no vibration around, no influence of corrosive gas and no strong magnetic field interference;

2. The testing machine shall be installed and leveled on a stable foundation about 500px above the ground, and two anchor bolts shall be embedded on the foundation; Confine the testing machine on the ground foundation;

3. The pressure testing machine shall be kept clean, and the parts on the testing machine indicating that there is no protective layer shall be wiped with oil frequently to prevent corrosion;

4. The rising position of the piston of the testing machine shall not exceed 80mm. The control box of the testing machine is equipped with a limit switch. When the piston rises and touches the limit switch, the motor will stop automatically. Immediately and slowly loosen the oil return valve to lower the piston.

Maintenance: the oil of the testing machine shall be changed once half a year after use, and the replaced oil must be clean.

Disposal: in case of any problem with the instrument during the test, do not deal with it by yourself. Contact the instrument maintenance personnel in time and report to the person in charge of quality.
