Therefore, the control performance is high. Generally, three control modes of load, strain and displacement can be realized. Like the manual hydraulic universal material testing machine, its testing speed is low due to the restriction of oil source flow. Due to the use of closed-loop automatic control, the system stiffness has become the key to the normal operation of the whole system. As we all know, the stiffness of liquid is relatively low. In order to reduce the impact of liquid on the stiffness of the whole machine as much as possible, the stroke of general electro-hydraulic servo testing machine is small. 2. Electronic universal series

1) Conventional electronic universal material testing machine

The conventional electronic universal mainly uses the servo motor as the power source and the lead screw and nut as the executive parts to realize the speed control of the moving beam of the testing machine. Its test speed range can be adjusted. Taking rgm-200 as an example, its test speed can reach 0.001mm/min-1000mm/min, the speed ratio can reach 1 million times, and the test stroke can be determined as required, up to a few meters. 2) High performance electronic universal testing machine

Like the conventional electronic universal testing machine, the high-performance electronic universal testing machine also uses the servo motor as the power source and the lead screw and nut as the executive parts. What is different from the conventional electronic universal testing machine is that its control mode can be load control, strain control or displacement control. In addition to the characteristics of wide speed and large stroke of conventional electronic universal testing machine, it also has all the advantages of electro-hydraulic servo testing machine.
