Precautions for using experimental instruments

1. Before starting the machine, it is necessary to check whether the connecting line, plug, socket and power plug and socket between the CNC system and the host are correct.

2. It is very important to check the position of the upper and lower limit gear rings. It is necessary to keep a certain distance between the two fixtures, so as to avoid the damage of the parts, especially the sensor, caused by misoperation or out of control of the host.

3. During the test, please do not press the key on the microcomputer control system.

4. Select the fixture according to the specific situation of the test to avoid damaging the fixture.

5. In case of sudden power failure, please turn off all power supply immediately, and start the machine in sequence after confirming that the power supply is stable. The frequent interruption of power supply can easily damage the microcomputer control system and motor speed control system.

6. Do not keep away from the machine when the main engine is running.

7. The input tensile speed value must be equal to the actual tensile speed of the testing machine, especially in tearing and peeling.

8. When the maximum breaking force of the sample is not clear, tensile test is not allowed, otherwise the sensor will be damaged due to overload.
