I. Overview:

The instrument is designed and produced according to the new national standard GB-17671-1999 "Cement Mortar Strength Test Method ISO Method" for the maintenance requirements of cement mortar specimens. The inner tank and water tank are made of stainless steel plates, and the curing is divided into pools. The water tank is equipped with sliding wheels and guide rails to facilitate the pushing and pulling and taking out of the specimen. Computer intelligent instrument, double-layer vacuum glass door. II. Principle and Structure

1. The outer box of the sub-tank cement constant temperature water curing box is made of high-quality steel plate, and the inner tank and sub-tank water tank are all made of stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity. The sub-tank water tank is equipped with sliding wheels and guide rails, which can be easily pushed, pulled and taken out.
2. The curing box adopts an intelligent digital display temperature controller. When the water temperature is higher or lower than the set temperature, the heating pipe or refrigerator is automatically switched to generate cold air or heating. Then, the centrifugal fan specially installed in the box can quickly even out the air temperature and keep the water temperature within the range of 20℃ ±1℃.
