Test steps of tensile strength tester for building waterproof coating:

Take appropriate dumbbell type test according to the national standard, draw parallel lines with a spacing of 25mm, and measure the thickness of three points in the middle and both ends of the software marking with a thickness gauge,

Take the arithmetic mean as the thickness of the test piece.

Adjust the spacing between the clamps of the tensile strength testing machine to about 70mm, and clamp the test piece on the tensile testing machine.

1. The tensile strength of the test piece is based on T = f / (b * d)

F -- maximum tensile force of test piece, unit: n

B -- width of the middle part of the test piece, unit: mm

Take the arithmetic mean value of 5 test pieces as the test result, and the result is accurate to 0.01Mpa

2. The elongation at break of the test piece is calculated according to e = (l1-l0) / l0 * 100
