2. Complete the test with a suitable clamp,Otherwise, the test will not only very successful, but also damage to the clamp:

The electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine is generally only equipped with a fixture for standard samples.If you want to make non-standard samples, such as steel strands, lap joints, etc., you must add matching fixtures; there are some ultra-hard materials, such as spring steel, you must use special material clips, Otherwise it will damage the fixture

3. Hydraulic oil:

The tank level must be checked frequently and replenished in time; Generally, the oil should be changed every 2,000 to 4,000 hours; however, the most important thing is that the oil temperature must not exceed 70 ° C, and the cooling system must be turned on when the oil temperature exceeds 60 ° C.

4. Filter:

For filters without a clogging indicator, they are usually replaced every 6 months.For a filter with a clogging indicator, we need to continue to monitor, when the alarm indicator must be replaced immediately.

5. Accumulator:

Some are equipped with electro-hydraulic servo accumulators on a universal testing machine, must ensure that the pressure accumulator in normal working condition, If the pressure is found to be insufficient, the pressure needs to be replenished immediately .We can only fill the accumulator with nitrogen.

6. Regular inspection of components

We have to regularly check all the pressure control valves, flow control valves, pump regulators and pressure relays, travel switches, thermal relays and other signal devices.
