1. Sweeping and cleaning:
The tensile testing machine will inevitably produce some dust during the test, such as oxide scales, metal debris, etc. If it is not cleaned in time, it will not only wear and scratch the surface of some parts, but more seriously If these dusts enter the hydraulic system of the electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine, it will have very serious consequences such as blocking the valve hole and scratching the piston surface. Therefore, cleaning after each use is very critical, and the tensile testing machine must be kept clean;

2. Use appropriate fixtures to complete the corresponding test, otherwise the test will not be very successful, and the fixture will be damaged:
The electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine is generally only equipped with fixtures for standard samples. If non-standard samples are to be made, such as steel strands, lapped steel fines, etc., suitable fixtures must be added; Hard materials, such as spring steel, must use special material clips, otherwise the fixture will be damaged;

3. Hydraulic oil:
The liquid level of the oil tank must be checked frequently and oil should be refilled in time; generally, the oil should be changed every 2000 to 4000 hours of use; however, the most important thing is that the oil temperature must not exceed 70 ° C, and the cooling system must be opened when the oil temperature exceeds 60 ° C;

4. Filter:
For filters without clogging indicators, they are generally replaced every 6 months. For the filter with clogging indicator, it must be continuously monitored, and it must be replaced immediately when the indicator alarms;

5. Accumulator:
Some electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machines are equipped with accumulators, and the pressure of the accumulator must be in a normal working state. If the pressure is found to be insufficient, the pressure needs to be replenished immediately; only the accumulator should be filled with nitrogen;

6. Regular inspection of components:
All pressure control valves, flow control valves, pump regulators, and signal devices such as pressure relays, travel switches, and thermal relays must be regularly inspected.
