For various common tensile testing machines, we should pay attention to the following points when maintaining them:

1. Before starting the tensile tester, check whether the frictional active part should be filled with lubricating oil.

2. The oil in the buffer of the tensile tester should be kept clean. When the oil level is less than two thirds of the barrel depth, it should be replaced immediately.

3. The main bearing of the tensile tester is not allowed to refuel. The surface of the friction wheel in the gearbox must not be filled with oil or splashed with oil. The friction surface should be absolutely clean, and the bevel block on the swing arm should not be violently impacted.

4. Before holding the test piece, the brake handle must be locked and released after adding the test piece.

5. Before the tensile test machine is tested, it is necessary to ensure that the system is warmed up for more than 20 minutes in advance, so that the temperature effect is minimized.

6. After the test is completed, after the power is turned off, the surface of the tensile tester is cleaned and protected in time to prevent the surface from rusting.

7. On average, the tensile tester is maintained 2 to 3 times a month.
