Maintenance

1.Regularly check the screws on the jaws. If loose, fix them in time.

2.The sliding surface of the steel plate in contact with the lining plate and the dovetail groove surface of the lining plate should be kept clean and regularly coated with a thin layer of MoS2.

3. Check the drive sprocket regularly, if found loose, please re-tensioned tension pulley.

Oil source maintenance

1.Regularly check the main engine and the oil source for oil leakage. If there is any oil leakage, replace the seal or combination pad in time.

2.Change the oil suction filter and filter element regularly and replace the hydraulic oil according to the use of the machine and the service life of the oil.

3. When not testing for a long time, be careful to turn off the power of the host. If the machine is in standby mode, the transfer switch should hit the “load” file.Because if the transfer switch is in the "rewind" position, the electromagnetic reversing valve is always energized, which will affect the service life of the device.

Tensile testing machine control system maintenance

1.Regularly check whether the connection between the test control card and the test machine is in good contact. If it is loose, it should be tightened in time.

2.If there is a long period of time after the test without using the machine, turn off the computer and pull out the measurement and control card.

3.The interfaces on the controller are one-to-one correspondence. Inserting the wrong interface may cause damage to the device.

4.Plug controller interface must controller is powered down.

5.According to the use of the machine and the life of the oil,regularly change the suction filter and filter element.Hydraulic oil is changed regularly check whether the host at the place and source of oil leakage,if there is any oil leakage, replace the seal ring or combination pad in time.
