1. There is also a degree of balance during the test. The force point requires that the force of the spoke sensor or the S-type load sensor is vertical.
2. Compression fixtures are generally parallel to each other, and samples should be placed in the middle of the fixture as much as possible for testing.
3. The running stability of the motor will directly affect the closed-loop control of the software. Sometimes the stability of the motor needs to be adjusted during debugging, and tests are performed to confirm compliance.
4. When holding the sample during the test, it will often cause some zeros on the software. Please clear it before holding the sample. Do not clear the zero point after clamping.
5. The curve of the sample will reflect whether there is an installation gap in the equipment, and it will affect the software's control accuracy and result judgment. Avoid installation gaps as much as possible.
