1、 Notes on installation of tensile testing machine
1. It should be ensured that the installation ground of tensile testing machine is flat cement floor or tile floor.
2. After the installation of the tensile testing machine, all kinds of accessories and random tools should be placed in categories, so as to facilitate the use and search.
3. The working environment of tensile testing machine should be kept clean and dry to avoid premature damage of components and accidents.
4. Before the tensile testing machine is powered on, ensure that the power supply voltage meets the input voltage value specified by the tensile testing machine. The tensile testing machine equipped with three wire power plug must be inserted into the power socket with protective grounding to ensure safety.
5. The tension testing machine must pay attention to adjust the travel limit switch, which can protect the sensor from collision.
6. The tensile testing machine has strict requirements on temperature and humidity. It should ensure that the installation environment is 10 ~ 35 ℃ and the relative humidity is less than 80% RH. There is no vibration, corrosive medium and strong electromagnetic field interference on the packaging and installation ground.

2、 Precautions for handling tensile testing machine
1. Before carrying the tensile testing machine, the staff should ensure the integrity of the relevant articles. Check the items carefully according to the packing list in the attached documents in the installation packing box, check whether the attached documents, tools and accessories are complete, and make up for any missing items in time.
2. Ensure that precision devices such as sensors inside the tensile testing machine can avoid collision during handling, and do not place the tensile testing machine horizontally.
3. The cover plate of the main engine of the tensile testing machine is made of aluminum profiles, which can not bear load. It is necessary to ensure that the tensile testing machine is not pressed by heavy objects during transportation.
4. When erecting the tensile testing machine, first remove the eyebolt on the foot plate, and pay attention to the change of the center of gravity of the main engine to prevent overturning.
5. Long distance transportation should be provided with waterproof and moisture-proof packaging, and should be stored in a waterproof and moisture-proof environment.
