It is mainly used to test and analyze the static properties of metal and non-metal (including composite materials) such as tension, compression, bending, shear, peeling, tearing, load retaining, relaxation, reciprocating and so on.
According to the loading method, the material testing machine can be divided into static load testing machine (static) and dynamic load testing machine (dynamic).
1. Universal testing machine

2. Pressure testing machine
Pressure testing machine is also called electronic pressure testing machine.
Applicable materials: rubber, plastic plate, pipe, profile, plastic film, wire and cable, waterproof coiled material, metal wire, carton and other materials
Test items: compression test, tensile test
Performance: tensile test (stress-strain test) is generally to clamp the two ends of the material sample on two clamps with a certain distance. The two clamps separate and stretch the sample at a certain speed, and measure the stress change on the sample until the sample is damaged
Partial structure:
Temperature sensing rod: screw in thermocouple, with sensitive, uniform and high precision.
Heater: screw in heater, high power, fast temperature rise and strong durability.
Column copper sleeve: refined from brass, wear-resistant and no resistance.
Power system: special motor is adopted to make the operation stable and accurate without dry sound.
Safety protection: with emergency protection device, the machine can be stopped or reversed in case of emergency.
3. The tensile testing machine is the same as the universal testing machine.

4. Torsion testing machine
Torsion testing machine is divided into spring torsion testing machine, wire torsion testing machine and material torsion testing machine.
Applicable materials: metal, non-metal and parts, etc.
The metal wire torsion testing machine is suitable for measuring the ability of metal wire with diameter (or characteristic size) of 0.1-10.0mm to withstand plastic deformation in unidirectional or bidirectional torsion and displaying the defects on the surface and inside of the wire.
Test items: torsional performance test, maximum torque, torsional strength, upper yield strength and lower yield strength

5. Creep testing machine
Creep endurance testing machine is divided into mechanical type and electronic type according to structure and principle; Mechanical type is a traditional product, while electronic type is a new product developed in recent years.

Test items: tensile, compression endurance, creep, relaxation test, low cycle fatigue and creep fatigue test

6. Dynamic and static universal testing machine
The main machine of the dynamic and static universal testing machine adopts the double column structure, with the maximum static load of 5kn and the maximum dynamic load of 2.5kn, and the measurement range of 2-100%.
Functional features:
(1) The main engine adopts double column structure.
(2) Symmetrical cyclic fatigue tests shall be carried out on metallic and non-metallic materials. At the same time, relevant tests such as static tension can also be carried out.
(3) The measurement and control system adopts ad850 universal test card and ATOS servo valve, which can realize the automatic control of the whole test process and all keyboard operations.
(4) It has three control modes of load, displacement and deformation and smooth conversion function between control modes. It can automatically collect and process test data, draw test curve and print test report.

7. Fatigue testing machine
Fatigue testing machine is a machine that can test fatigue in various ways. According to the test frequency, it can be divided into low-frequency fatigue testing machine, medium frequency fatigue testing machine, high-frequency fatigue testing machine and ultra-high frequency fatigue testing machine.
Applicable materials: metal, alloy materials and their components (such as operating joints, fixed parts, spiral moving parts, etc.)
Test items: fatigue characteristics, fatigue life, prefabricated crack and crack propagation test of tension, compression or tension compression alternating load at room temperature
Note: the fatigue test of composite materials can not be carried out by electromagnetic high-frequency fatigue testing machine, because the electromagnetic type is driven by the principle of electromagnetic resonance, which is related to the rigidity of the sample, so the fatigue test of composite materials can only be driven by motor.
8. Impact testing machine
Impact testing machine (English Name: impact testing machine) refers to the material testing machine that applies impact test force to the sample for impact test. Impact testing machines are divided into manual pendulum impact testing machine, semi-automatic impact testing machine, digital display impact testing machine, microcomputer controlled impact testing machine, drop hammer impact testing machine and non-metallic impact testing machine.
