1. Cleaning and cleaning:

During the test, the tensile testing machine will inevitably produce some dust, such as oxide skin, metal debris, etc. if it is not cleaned in time, it will not only wear and scratch the surface of some parts, but also have very serious consequences such as blocking the valve hole and scratching the piston surface if these dust enters the hydraulic system of the electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine, Therefore, the cleaning after each use is very important, and the tensile testing machine must be kept clean;

2. Complete the corresponding test with a suitable fixture, otherwise not only the test will not be successful, but also the fixture will be damaged:

Generally, the electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine is only equipped with fixtures for standard samples. If you want to make non-standard samples, such as steel strand, lapping steel precision, you must add appropriate fixtures; There are also some super hard materials, such as spring steel, which must use clips of special materials, otherwise the fixture will be damaged;

3. Hydraulic oil:

The liquid level of the oil tank must be checked frequently and the oil must be replenished in time; Generally, change the oil every 2000 to 4000 hours; However, the most important thing is that the oil temperature shall not exceed 70 ℃. When the oil temperature exceeds 60 ℃, the cooling system must be opened;

4. Filter:

The filter without blockage indicator shall be replaced every 6 months. The filter with clogging indicator shall be monitored continuously. When the indicator gives an alarm, it must be replaced immediately;

5. Accumulator:

Some electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machines are equipped with accumulators. The pressure of the accumulators must be ensured to be in normal working state. If the pressure is found to be insufficient, the pressure needs to be supplemented immediately; Only charge nitrogen into the accumulator;

6. Regular patrol inspection of components:

All pressure control valves, flow control valves, pump regulators and signal devices such as pressure relays, travel switches and thermal relays shall be inspected regularly.
