Hydraulic transmission system of pressure testing machine: This system consists of oil tank, high-pressure plunger oil pump, pressure reducing valve and servo valve, oil filter, high-pressure oil pipe, working cylinder, pressure sensor, etc.
The oil in the oil tank is sucked into the oil pump through the oil filter, sent to the pressure reducing valve through the high-pressure oil pipe, and sent to the working cylinder through the digital servo valve. The oil in the cylinder is continuously compressed to increase the oil pressure, as long as the servo valve is adjusted The degree of opening can adjust the speed of the hydraulic oil entering the working cylinder to control the rate of pressure rise. When the servo valve returns to the initial position, the oil can be unloaded and returned.
The electrical system of the pressure tester consists of a motor, a start button, a stop button, a power indicator, and an AC contactor. This system provides the control of the AC pump power of the oil pump motor and the oil pump, and the start and stop control. The two-color line of this system should not be connected to the neutral line.
