I. check whether the verification standard of load sensor:

In general metrological verification, 10% or 20% of the heavy load of the equipment is taken as the initial value of verification, while many load sensors with poor quality happen to be less than or equal to 10%, and the error is greater. If there is a problem with the accuracy of the load sensor, we should replace it in time.

Check whether the movement speed of beam is normal:

The results obtained from different tensile test speeds are also different, so the test speed needs to be verified.

Inspection III. insufficient range of tensile testing machine:

Estimate whether the material force value of tensile test exceeds the large range of tensile testing machine. If so, please replace the test material.

IV. check whether the installation position of displacement sensor is correct:

Because of different designs, the installation position is also different: but the one installed on the screw rod side will be more accurate than that installed on the motor.

V. check whether the synchronous belt or reducer is damaged due to the increase of service time:

With the increase of service time of synchronous belt or reducer, the aging life of these two parts will be accelerated. If they are not replaced in time, the test results will be affected.

Vi. check whether the safety protection device fails:

If the safety protection device fails, it may directly damage the instrument, and we should check it regularly.
