Purpose
This series of products are mainly used for static load anchorage and low cycle load performance test of steel strand anchorage in railway bridge, water conservancy, power and other infrastructure construction.
It is suitable for testing the mechanical properties of GB/T 14370 "Anchors, Fixtures and Connectors for Prestressed Tendons" in order to judge whether the mechanical properties of strand anchors meet the required requirements.
This series of products are reasonably designed and easy to use. The precision of measurement and control is high. The closed-loop electro-hydraulic servo valve is used to control the experimental process of constant-speed loading and holding, which ensures the steady and reliable loading rate, improves the holding accuracy and avoids the influence of the factors considered on the experimental results. The system has a large tonnage loading mechanism and an automatic force detection system, which can meet the static load anchorage performance test requirements. The system adopts crisis automatic control, automatic collection, storage and processing of experimental data. During the experiment, the computer screen displays the experimental curve in real time, detects the change of force and displacement, automatically calculates the shrinkage and prints the experimental curve and data. The experimental software is designed with humanization, rich information, friendly interface and easy operation.
