Operation method

Preparation: Place the constant temperature water bath on a stable workbench, check whether the power supply voltage meets the requirements, arrange the prefabricated test pieces neatly on the tray in the water tank, and then add water to the water tank so that the water submerges the test pieces and is about 90mm higher than the test pieces.
Temperature setting: Turn on the power, turn on the switch, and set the temperature to the required value through the temperature adjustment button or knob.
Start operation: After setting the temperature, start the instrument, the instrument starts to heat up or cool down, and when the set temperature is reached, the instrument automatically enters the constant temperature state.
Sample processing: After the temperature stabilizes, put the sample that needs constant temperature treatment into the water bath for testing, and take out the sample after the specified constant temperature time is reached.
End of work: After the test, turn off the power, rotate the water nozzle at the bottom of the water tank, drain the water in the box, wipe off the moisture on the surface of the instrument, and place the instrument in a ventilated and dry place.
