1.It adopts a floor-standing structure, consisting of a mechanical hammer and an electrical control box. The mechanical hammer transmission mechanism is driven by a motor, a reducer, and a chain.
2.The electrical circuit control box uses single-chip microprocessor technology, and the control panel is a color LCD touch screen, with excellent design and easy operation.
3.The number of compaction times and downtime can be preset arbitrarily within the range of 0-999 times through the electrical control box. The instrument can automatically compact, stop, and automatically cut off the power supply according to the set number of compaction times, and turn off the motor. It can also stop at a position that is convenient for lifting and unloading the hammer.
4.The design is humanized. The manual hammer lifting function is labor-saving, convenient and safe.
5.The mechanism of fixing the test mold sleeve with a pressure ring makes the test mold difficult to move, more stable, and reduces experimental errors.
6.A safety joystick is provided to prevent the compaction head from falling when the test mold is being loaded or removed.
