Steel bending indenter

Bending indenter specification:
1. Bending tester is equipped with bending head (standard configuration)
(1) Bending head diameter (mm): 24 30 32 40 48 50 56 60 64 70 72 80 88 90 100 110 125 140 160 168 192
Note: Applicable to hot rolled ribbed bar HRB400/HRBF400/HRB400E/HRBF400E nominal diameter is 6~32mm;
(2) The bending head used for the bending test (180°): 24/32/40/48/56/64/72/80/88/100/140/160;
(3) Bending head used for reverse bending test (forward 90°): 30/40/50/60/70/80/90/100/110/125/168/192;
And a reverse bending test (reverse 20°) universal indenter and corresponding bending head support

2. Bending test machine is equipped with bending indenter (optional configuration 1)
Bending head diameter (mm): 36 42 48 56 60 70 72 84 96 98 108 112 120 126 132 140 150 154 175
Note: Applicable to hot rolled ribbed steel bar HRB500/HRBF500/HRB500E/HRBF500E/HRB600 nominal diameter is 6~25mm;
The bending head used for the bending test (180°): 36/48/60/72/84/96/108/120/132/150;
Bending indenter for reverse bending test (forward 90°): 42/56/70/84/98/112/126/140/154/175;

3. Bending test machine is equipped with bending indenter (optional configuration 2)
Bending head diameter (mm): 180 196 200 216 224 240 252 256 280 288 300 320 350 400 450
Note: Applicable to hot-rolled ribbed steel bar HRB400/HRBF400/HRB400E/HRBF400E nominal diameter is 36~50mm;
Suitable for hot rolled ribbed bar HRB500/HRBF500/HRB500E/HRBF500E/HRB600 nominal diameter 28~50mm

4. Bending head for bending test of hot rolled round bar (180°) (optional configuration 3)
Bending head diameter (mm): 6 8 10 12 14 16 18 20 22
Note: Applicable to hot rolled round steel bar HPB300 nominal diameter is 6~22mm (one specification per 2mm)

5. Cold-rolled ribbed bar bending test (180°) with bending head (optional configuration 4)
Bending head diameter (mm): 12 13.5 15 16.5 18 19.5 21 22.5 24 25.5 27 28.5 30 31.5 33 34.5 36
Note: Applicable to cold-rolled ribbed steel CRB550/ CRB600H/ CRB680H nominal diameter is 4~12mm (one specification per 0.5mm)
