I. Overview
The concrete carbonation test chamber is a special equipment for concrete carbonation test. The product meets the requirements of carbonation test equipment in the "Concrete Long-term Performance and Durability Test Method Standard" (GB/T50082-2009) and "Concrete Carbonation Test Chamber" (JG/T247-2009) and DL/T5150-2001 "Hydraulic Concrete Test Procedure". This machine uses an imported carbon dioxide analyzer; this analyzer adopts the infrared detection principle and combines domestic advanced intelligent instruments. It has the characteristics of high accuracy and long life; the temperature and humidity sensor is composed of domestic advanced integrated sensing module plus intelligent instrument. This product has the characteristics of high control accuracy, simple operation, and intuitive digital display of temperature, humidity and concentration in the box.
II. Main structure and working principle
The concrete carbonation test chamber is a sealed box. The test piece is placed on the partition inside the box, and then the temperature, relative humidity and carbon dioxide concentration set by the digital control instrument are controlled to ensure constant temperature, constant humidity and constant carbon dioxide concentration in the box.
The carbonization test chamber is mainly composed of a chamber, a temperature and humidity control system, and a carbon dioxide concentration control system.
The inner and outer panels of the chamber are made of cold-rolled steel plates, electrostatically coated, the partitions are made of profiles, and the chamber door is made of hollow glass, which has good moisture retention, sealing, corrosion resistance and aesthetics.
