1. Product Introduction

• The Electronic ring stiffness testing machine WD-100S adopts an AC servo system and AC servo motor with high speed regulation accuracy and stable performance as the driving system, and computer data acquisition and processing. It is a high-precision material testing equipment that can realize closed-loop control and automatic detection. It consists of a test host (including a frame, a base, and a transmission system), a fixture, a deformation measurement system, a software system, and an electrical system. The maximum test force is 100kN, and the accuracy level of the tester is 0.5.
• The Electronic ring stiffness testing machine WD-100S is mainly used for the determination of the ring stiffness of plastic pipes with large diameter annular cross-sections. It can realize closed-loop control such as equal-rate loading, equal-rate deformation, equal-rate displacement, and equal-rate strain, and can perform process qualification performance verification tests for materials or products. The tester is a double-screw door structure. There is a compression space between the lower beam and the test bench. The test space is automatically adjusted by the servo motor driving the lower beam up and down through the transmission system.
