This series of testing machines is mainly used for tensile, compression and other tests of metal materials. It adopts the self-developed double-cylinder loading, upper pressure and lower pull double space (replacing the traditional upper pull and lower pressure) structure, and is equipped with a strong shock absorption structure, a large flow servo power unit and a load sensor. The control system uses Xingao software and is equipped with a servo motor, a silent pump, and a load sensor. It has the characteristics of multi-channel load switching, good control reliability, high precision, convenient operation, low noise, and no impact.
The working cylinder of this series of testing machines adopts a bottom-mounted type, oil pressure loading, sensor force measurement, computer display of force value, and computer adjustment of loading speed. It is easy to operate, stable in performance, safe and reliable. This series of testing machines is an integral part of the host and the dynamometer.
The testing machine and its accessories meet the requirements of GB/T228, GB/T2611, and GB/T16826 standards.
